We take pride in offering fast shipping options to cater to your needs. For orders amounting to C$300.00 or more (**excluding promos/discounts and tax), we provide FREE shipping. Additionally, you have the option to select Canada Post Regular or Priority for a faster delivery.

Orders that are placed and paid before 2 pm EST are typically shipped out on the same business day. However, for orders placed and paid after 2 pm EST, as well as those made on weekends and holidays, they will be shipped out on the following business day.

Returns & Replacements

If you need to cancel your order, please make the request via email before the order shipment has been dispatched. Once the order has shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. Ordering

You have the convenience of ordering from BioPerform™ at any time, as our secure website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once you submit your order, and it is approved with payment received, we will promptly fulfill your order, ensuring proper packaging. For shipping, we rely on a reputable delivery service like Canada Post/Purolator. Rest assured, we will keep you informed by contacting you with shipping details once your order has been dispatched.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

At BioPerform we accept two payment methods: credit card and Interac e-Transfer. Interac e-Transfer is our preferred method, and e-Transfer orders save 3%.
To pay by credit card: select Credit Card at checkout and complete your order securely. Your order is confirmed immediately.
To pay by Interac e-Transfer (save 3%): e- Transfer your order total to support@bioperform.ca (auto-deposit is enabled, so no security question is needed), and include your order number in the transfer note.

 Viewing Orders

Registering won’t take any additional time, and it offers several benefits. Through creating an account, you can easily check your order status, update your account information, and access your past orders by logging in to our website. It also expedites the checkout process for future orders.

However, if you prefer not to create an account during checkout and later have questions regarding your order’s status, please feel free to email us. You also have the option to proceed with checking out as a Guest. We aim to provide you with a seamless and convenient shopping experience, regardless of your chosen option.
