Performance Profile
- GABAergic Pathway Research: A synthetic Tuftsin analogue that demonstrates activity at GABA receptor binding sites in preclinical neurological models — one of the key research tools for studying anxiolytic pathways without benzodiazepine-type activity.
- Neuroplasticity Research: Investigated for BDNF upregulation and synaptic plasticity pathway activity in neurological research models.
- Monoamine System Research: Studied for effects on serotonin and dopamine neurotransmitter pathway activity in preclinical receptor modulation models.
- Immune Pathway Activity: As a Tuftsin analogue, studied for innate immune response signalling in immune pathway research models.
Quick Summary
- Best For: GABAergic signalling research, anxiety-related neurotransmitter modulation, neuroplasticity models.
- Use Case: Studying anxiolytic pathway mechanisms that are pharmacologically distinct from benzodiazepine-class compounds.
- Research Note: Demonstrates a clearly different receptor profile from classical benzodiazepines — useful for comparative anxiolytic pathway research without sedative crossover.
- Commonly Studied With: Semax — frequently combined in cognitive pathway research.

Started using this mainly for stress and it’s been surprisingly helpful. I don’t feel sedated at all, just calmer and less reactive to little things that used to set me off.
This has helped me with rumination. I still get worried about things but my brain doesn’t loop on the same thought over and over all day long like it used to.
